Another 28 streets under the "Hawk Eye" surveillance

In the system of mobile recording of improperly parked vehicles, symbolically named "Hawk Eye," an additional 28 central streets of Belgrade will be included starting from September 1st.

It is worth noting that the technology of mobile photography of improperly and recklessly parked vehicles that disrupt the traffic flow on city streets has been in use since the end of July.

With the aim of bringing order to the city streets and improving traffic flow on the busiest routes, "Hawk Eye" has recorded over 3,200 violations in less than a month.

Whether reckless drivers will learn anything from this data remains to be seen, but there is no doubt that the City of Belgrade is benefiting in both cases - a well-organized city and/or a fuller treasury.

In this regard, an additional 28 streets will be added to the "Hawk Eye" system based on citizens' requests, joining the previously established list of 93 streets.

The novelty is that starting from September 1st, "Hawk Eye" will also monitor vehicles parked within the designated zones of these streets, replacing the previous officials from the Public Utility Company Parking Service.

Below you can see which streets in Belgrade will be included in the "Hawk Eye" system.
