Very distressing using this post office! I had great difficulty getting a package processed. The postal agent did not speak English, and I tried to use my translation app, but she was very impatient and short tempered with me. Later, I noticed that the label is not correct!!! The postal agent indicated a mailing address in Serbia NOT the USA! The mailing labels on the package I presented were printed in large letters and very clear! I don't know what to do? The contents were valuable to me! I don't ever want to return to that post office - the employees are NOT NICE and competlely unhelpful unless you speak Serbian.
