Terrible service. Terrible company . We have spent e 60 since 14. 8. -7 with you . Having visited your shop in ulcinj on 4 occasions ( we not staying in Ulcinj) and having Rep,aced SIM cards on my wife's I pad and phone as well as our to link modem ( as suggested ) my wife is still unable to access internet . We visited today again. HVing waited 1 hour , we were told all is ok, . On return back, again same problem. The mail server 'imap.aol.com' is not responding. They are asking that I should verify that the correct account is entered in mail setting . Thus sim not working. On wi-fi to link 8481 states that devices are connected , how ever , again, no access to internet. . Thus I have 2 SIM cards that I have paid for and I still cannot use the internet . The personal working in your shop are not able to help. We are totally fed up with this poor service.
