Reiki Practice Stari Grad

Reiki, translated from Japanese, means life energy, from the words "rei" meaning universal, life, and divine, and "ki" meaning energy. Reiki is one of the oldest methods of traditional Japanese medicine and is based on the use of universal life energy to strengthen the body's defence capabilities and improve the quality of life. The Serbian Ministry of Health has classified Reiki as a method for health improvement and rehabilitation. It is increasingly used in official medical institutions around the world, including in our country, given its compatibility with all existing treatment methods and the fact that it has no harmful effects. The process is performed by channelling energy through the laying of hands on specific parts of the body, which is completely natural, as we sometimes unconsciously place our hands on a painful area. In this way, life energy is directed to different elements of the body, leading to a reduction in cholesterol, an increase in haemoglobin, lymphocyte and vitamin C levels, a slowing of the heart rate and normalization of blood pressure and an increase in optimism, satisfaction, and creativity.
