I rented a car from this company (Simeun rent a car, Podgorica) from 06.06 to 11.06 and paid a 1000 EUR security deposit by card. The vehicle was returned without any issues, and no damages were reported. Despite multiple follow-ups over several months, the deposit has not been refunded. The company claims that a refund process was initiated but has failed to provide any proof of transfer (no transaction ID, no bank confirmation). At this point: the delay is unreasonable (several months); no evidence of refund exists; communication has not resulted in any resolution. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend exercising caution when dealing with this company.
Be aware of this scam company. I rented a car with Simeun Rent a Car during the holiday. When I returned the car they said there is some scratches and we needed to hold the deposit. I said its fine its nothing will be around 50 or 60 euro. After 3 months they charged me over 700 euro, which is the attached file. They are fully scam. Dont try to rent a car from there.
