won’t be traveling with this agency again, but I wanted to share my experience while it’s still fresh (just like my misery during the trip). The whole journey was extremely uncomfortable from the beginning to the end. The bus itself was in terrible condition — the seats were unbelievably uncomfortable, there was barely any legroom, and it honestly felt like the bus hadn’t been properly maintained in years. For a long trip, this was simply unacceptable. The organization was also very poor. Nothing was clear, the schedule kept changing, and the staff didn’t bother to explain anything properly. The guide was especially irritating — loud, unprofessional, and constantly talking about irrelevant things instead of helping passengers or giving useful information. P.S. I also want to make a comment about some of the elderly people on the bus who didn’t seem to care about anyone else. They took far more luggage space than necessary, leaving other passengers struggling. It felt like they were abusing their age privilege, expecting respect simply because of their age while showing none in return. To make things even worse, some of them were singing for a part of the trip. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem, but the person singing had the vocal abilities of a Spanish donkey. After hours of uncomfortable seats, bad organization, and a noisy guide, this was the last thing anyone needed. I don’t want to bother you anymore — just keep all this in mind if you consider booking with this agency. Have a safe and hopefully much better trip than I had.
