Selfie Museum in Belgrade | Museums of Serbia

Selfie Museum in Belgrade is the only museum of selfie photography in this part of Europe and is located in the city center. An ideal place for self-portrait enthusiasts, it is just a step away from Terazije, in the famous Bezistan Passage.

With the opening of this unique museum, Belgrade has joined the ranks of global metropolises like Los Angeles and New York. In the Selfie Museum, one forgets about everyday life and escapes from reality, guaranteeing visitors of all ages an unforgettable experience and great fun with friends.

It brings together a new world of innovations, where the best photos and good energy are synonymous with this extraordinary museum.

The original interactive exhibition consists of 27 unique attractions or settings. The space consists of several colorful, visually appealing, and well-lit rooms. They serve as photo sets, allowing visitors to take pictures in a prison cell, in space, in a white bathtub full of golden balls, or in a large pool with pink balls. The pictures in the golden bathroom exude a royal treatment, and photos with large ice creams take you back to childhood.

The audience has access to costumes of exotic animals to fully experience their stay in the jungle. A pink prison for girls, police and prisoner uniforms are part of the exhibition, as well as a mini disco ball and Chernobyl. Children most often choose the sweetest corners for taking photos, and photography enthusiasts can capture shots on ladders that, thanks to the mirror effect, appear to lead to infinity.

Selfies like a mermaid at the bottom of the sea, in the clouds, on top of a building, or photos with optical illusions quickly find their way to social media. Various props, rooms, and well-designed creative spaces offer numerous possibilities for creating entertaining self-portraits. Thanks to its exceptional experience, visitors are guaranteed a fantastic time in this unique museum.

The museum is pet-friendly, so attractive photos can also feature pets.

The temple of selfies in Belgrade was created following the same places that exist around the world. The first Selfie Museum opened in the Philippines in 2014 and went unnoticed globally. Everything started to change with the opening of the New York selfie museum in 2018. There are now around twenty of them worldwide, with the closest ones to us being in Vienna and Budapest. The Belgrade Selfie Museum is the first one opened in the region.

For those who want to awaken the child within and capture phenomenal photos, the museum operates on weekdays from 12 PM to 8 PM and on weekends from 9 AM to 9 PM. The ticket price is 750 dinars. Children under 2 years old have free admission, and a family ticket costs 1900 dinars.
