Belgrade Main Railway Station becomes history: starting from 1st July, trains depart from Topčider a

With changes in railway passenger traffic at the Belgrade junction starting from 1st July 2018, the official railway station "Belgrade Main Station" and the traffic on the Belgrade Main Station - Pančevački Most railway line will be abolished, resulting in a complete suspension of railway traffic in the Savski Amfiteatar area.

In accordance with this, the railway companies "Serbia Railways" and "Railway Infrastructure of Serbia" have introduced a new organization of passenger railway traffic at the Belgrade junction.

According to this organization, international passenger trains operating between Belgrade and Bar will now depart from the Topčider railway station towards Montenegro and arrive at Topčider railway station.

From the Topčider railway station, the international daytime train to Bar will depart at 9:21 am, and the evening train at 9:21 pm.

The international train on the Subotica-Bar-Subotica route, starting from 19th June, will operate from the Subotica railway station at 4:45 pm, passing through the "Belgrade Center" station and vice versa.

Apart from trains between Serbia and Montenegro, from 1st July, all international trains will operate to the "Belgrade Center" railway station, which will be the departure station for these trains in the opposite direction. These include two trains from Budapest, as well as one train from Vienna, Ljubljana, Zurich, Thessaloniki, and Sofia to Belgrade, and from the capital of Serbia to Hungary, Austria, Slovenia, Switzerland, Greece, and Bulgaria.

For trains in domestic passenger railway traffic that have previously operated via the Belgrade Main Railway Station, starting from 1st July, the departure and arrival station will be "Belgrade Center" in Prokop.
