Very disappointing experience. The butchers hide behind the counter so you can’t really see what they’re cutting, and they end up giving you poor-quality meat full of tendons. On the left photo you can see their “cleaned” beef steak, and on the right, the so-called “double-ground beef.” You can clearly see how much waste there is. By both taste and color, it seems they mix beef with pork scraps. Definitely not the quality they advertise.
