Named after the japanese god of fishermen and luck, Square Nine's rooftop restaurant and bar takes an asian theme. Serving the finest japanese cuisine in the balkans, Ebisu offers views over Belgrade's most charming historic district from its wraparound terrace or indoor dining room.
Teppanyaki dishes to flavourful ramen soups, soft shell crab, or 'aburi' sushi (lightly flame grilled for a delicious smokey flavour), Ebusi uses authentic ingredients sourced from japanese markets across europe. The highest quality fish, pacific tuna and adriatic seabass to norwegian salmon, brought in fresh, twice a week.
A carefully stocked bar invites patrons to enjoy japan's finest wines, beers and spirits. From premium sake and rice lagers to the aged, single malt whiskey that japan has become famous for alongside a menu of ‘saketini’ cocktails.
