Bife Ipče is a modern hybrid of a traditional tavern and a night club, a "gastro-folkoteka", located in the heart of Belgrade at Uzun Mirkova 7.
The concept is designed as an homage to the kafana culture of the late 1980s, transporting you back to the golden era of the Ibarska highway and cult Belgrade taverns, right in the center of the city.
Atmosphere and Program: The venue combines an authentic kafana ambiance with a contemporary approach. The music program focuses on folk hits, while the walls are adorned with portraits of legends who defined that era, from Ipče Ahmedovski (the buffet's namesake) to Vesna Zmijanac and Hasan Dudić.
Offer: Classic kafana drinks are served, including various brandies (domestic, grape), Rubin vinjak, wine spritzers, and cold beer, along with "bevanda" and brandy. Regarding food, the focus is on "kitchen delicacies" that complement the traditional tavern experience.
An interesting detail is that drinks are served in authentic "burence" glasses (small, barrel-shaped glasses), further enhancing the venue's retro aesthetic.
